Washington County maintains a variety of map layers available to the public for viewing and/or purchase. A list of those maps are on the right side of this page. Prices vary according to size please see our fee schedule for details.
A Data Waiver and Affidavit of Mailing List must be signed and returned to the office prior to purchase of any form of mass data from Washington County. Data purchased from the County may not be used for such purposes as a mailing list, telephone number contact list, or any purpose of solicitation, etc.
Home Owner’s Exemption
Please note that all applicants must occupy the residence as their primary dwelling place AND sign up for the Home Owner's Exemption before any applicable statutory deadlines to qualify for the full exemption amount. Also, if your property is held by a Trust, LLP, LLC or other entity, we may require additional information. If you have a co-signer on your loan, other than your spouse, we may require additional information. Please call our office if you have any questions about the Home Owner’s Exemption 208-414-2000.
Property Tax Reduction
The Property Tax Reduction Application and Medical Expense Forms are due April 15th. Please call our office 208-414-2000 or the Idaho State Tax Commission 208-334-7660 if you have any questions about the Property Tax Reduction program.
