Washington County Rodent District will pay a bounty of $1.50 for Gopher tails that are trapped in the Rodent Control District area (call Weed department for Rodent Control District area boundary information.). In order to qualify:
The staff will verify the tail count and process a claim for payment. The county will process the claim and send a check to the trapper.
The Washington County Weed Control office is not staffed on a full time basis.
