What are local governing entities required to do?
  • Every existing local governing entity must register using the registry portal. 
    • This initial submission of information must be completed by March 1, 2015. 
    • After the initial registration, every year on or before December 1 entities must update the registration information.
  • The information that must be provided is in three categories:
    • Administrative
    • Documents to Submit (approved budgets, audits, unaudited financial statements)
    • Financial
